Dove
Dove is inspired by the remarkable story of Robin Lee Graham, who, at just 16 years old, set sail alone around the world in 1965. Over his four-year journey, he faced numerous challenges and grew from a boy into a man, demonstrating incredible courage and resilience. I share his story with my boys each year to remind them of their own strength and potential.
The frame reflects Robin’s adventurous spirit and natural elegance. It features holly spliced with walnut, reminiscent of classic teak and holly decking, and includes a piece of abalone shell for a vibrant touch. The Dove combines playful design with refined craftsmanship, capturing the essence of Robin’s vivacious journey.
