If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or wood finish of your new glasses, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for all purchases. However, if you choose to get a refund a $100 cancellation fee applies. But if you are not completely happy we will remake your frame to your liking for no additional cost (we really want to get your frames perfect!) All frames come with a standard one year manufacturer’s warranty.

We allow our clients to choose any design in any wood & custom make it to fit their size. All our eyewear is handcrafted with woods from all over the world and handmade right in our shop in L.A. with a flexible & durable cotton fiber & wood pulp substrate.

We typically ask for 4-5 weeks for all prescription lenses.  Our frames typically take 4-5 weeks to manufacture but depending on wood availability or customization aspects we ask that you refer to your stylist or customer support rep for a more precise ETA.  Our goal is to get your order fulfilled as soon as possible but given the handmade nature of our product it can take some time. We will keep you updated on the build progress of your eyewear throughout the process.

We can digitally fit and style you or if needed we can send a small sample collection.

Yes we do & we mostly use HD Digital Progressives. HD Dig Prog lenses are superior to standard progressives & for $300 you can’t beat it.

Yes. Your frame comes with a standard one year manufacture’s warranty. If you ever want your frame refinished we can make it look practically brand new for a small service fee for the lifetime of the frame. All lenses come with a one year scratch resistant warranty.

We offer an incredible deal on our premium lenses. All you have to do is take a picture of your RX and email it to rx@sireseyewear.com, fax it to (310) 361-0233, or send us your optician’s contact info & we can get it for you.

We accept FSA and HSA cards.  All other plans would require us to populate an itemized receipt so you can submit for reimbursement.
